I've only had delivery at work and all my colleagues love it! I haven't tasted their meats (being a vegetarian), but everything else is pretty great + the quantity is good.
This is definitely one of the better lunch options on a weekday for anyone in Mountain View! -

This place has some signs of wear and tear. The food is okay and I love the fact that they have a salsa bar.
Mexican food with a salsa bar just has a good amount of competition from Whole Foods and Baja Fresh. -

I used to love the fish tacos, but the fish portion is now incredibly small and it looks like an over-sized French fry. They do attempt to compensate for the lack of fish by adding a lot of cabbage. Still appreciate the salsa bar.

So, a year ago, I used La Salsas catering service for my daughter's birthday. They messed up the order, shorted me some food, and rather than refunding me for what they didn't provide, they gave me a gift card for the difference. 6 months ago, I went to eat at there. I tried to use the gift card. They told me that they just updated their system and that gift cards don't work yet. I accepted that as probable. Today, I placed another catering order for my daughter's birthday. Once again, they said that their system doesn't take gift cards and that I should try it another time. This time, I argued with them!! They refused to honor the card and got very nasty with me. I told them that they legally MUST honor their gift card. They refused and continued to be very rude to me. I highly recommend that you don't do business with this shady restaurant. They are crooks.
Also, I ordered the fajita platter for 12. They charged me about $16/person. However, when I arrived at the restaurant, an individual fajita platter which comes with everything the catering meal includes was only $12. What? They charged me more per person for ordering more food? Avoid!!!
